1.
A-It is compulsory to take meals in the dining Hall. No meals shall be served / allowed in the rooms.
B-No resident is allowed to cook meals in the rooms.
C-Tea, breakfast and meals will be served in the dining hall during the fixed hours only.
D-Timing of various services in the mess will be notified from time to time.

2- Residents will not be allowed to take any outsider to her room without a prior permission. The residents are not permitted to keep guests in their rooms.

3- Friends or Relatives of opposite sex are not allowed into PG IN GURGAON at any time.

4- Residents should report in the PG IN GURGAON before 10:00 p.m. positively otherwise a call will be made to the Parents/ Guardian. Written permission and confirmation from Parents / Guardian is necessary for staying out of the PG IN GURGAON after 10:00 p.m.

5- Residents themselves will be responsible for the safety of their personal articles as well as the safety of articles issued to them by PG IN GURGAON for their use.

6 -Sharing of Room/Bed not allowed.

7 -Resident is forbidden to use Electrical items like Room heater, Heater, Emersion Rod, Press/Iron or any such article. If any such item found with any resident, that will immediately be forfeited and will never be returned as also extra charges fixed by the Management will be charged.

8-Transistor/Tape/Radio/MP-3 can only be used with ear-phone, keeping in view the facilities/disturbance of fellow resident. If used without the consent and on disturbance of others, the same would also be forfeited and will not be returned.

9-Admission at PG IN GURGAON shall be granted only, if accompanied by the Parents/Guardian.

10-All residents are required to maintain good conduct. Indiscipline state of the resident will be liable to cancel the admission and entire fee will be forfeited treating that resident has left of her own.

11-All the residents should be in their respective rooms after 10 P.M.

12-It will be single or joint responsibility of resident to keep rooms/premises clean.

.13-Only vegetarian meals are served in the PG IN GURGAON. No resident is allowed to bring non-vegetarian meals in the PG IN GURGAON from out side.

14-Resident will be provided Cot, Table, Chair, Mattress, and Bathroom bucket, Mug but Bed sheet, Pillow and quilts etc.will have to be brought by resident personally. The resident should take over the charge of these items from the care taker carefully counting and checking the above and should give a receipt to him. Similarly, at the time of vacating the room, she will be advised to handover the charge of the room together with all these items to the caretaker and obtain a receipt. The cost of the damaged or missing items will be recovered from the defaulters.

15-Residents are not allowed to spread mattresses on floor.
16-All electrical apparatus etc will have to be switched off by the residents positively. Non compliance will be punishable.

17-No interchanging/shifting of room/ furniture will be allowed and such facility can only be decided by PG IN GURGAON as per availability and agree mat by that rooms residents.

18-Coolers and Geysers will be provided in the summer and winter respectively in strictly working condition. However, for any damage to the cooler/Geyser, concerning resident have to bear the expenses of their repairs/replacements.

19-Senior residents are expected to help new residents of the PG IN GURGAON. In the same way new residents are expected to respect the seniors and other staff members.

20 -All the residents should co-operate each other, abide by the rules and regulations of the PG IN GURGAON and make every efforts to maintain the decorum of the PG IN GURGAON.

21 -All the rules and regulations are liable to be changed, if required by the PG IN GURGAON authority.
